bja999 conducts age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of the account activation process. You may be required to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documentation to verify your age and identity. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and may result in account closure.

If bja999 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the age eligibility requirement, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the verified owner of the payment method used. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

To participate in any real-money activity on bja999 — including sports betting, live casino, or slots — you must create a registered account. You agree and acknowledge the following account registration obligations:

• No account transfer: bja999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any of its associated balances to any third party.

bja999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to suspicious activity on your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Players in Bangladesh may be asked to verify their bKash or Nagad mobile number as part of the KYC process to confirm alignment between the registered account and the payment method being used for deposits and withdrawals.

All transactions on bja999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bja999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

Deposits:

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on your verification status and chosen withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bja999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. This may result in a request for additional documentation and a temporary hold on the withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a review before withdrawal in order to prevent money-laundering activity through the platform.

Any attempt to defraud bja999 through the deposit or withdrawal process — including chargebacks, payment disputes, or the use of stolen payment credentials — will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

bja999 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to verified, real-money account holders who are 18 years of age or older.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward bja999 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

Circumstances under which bja999 may suspend or close an account include:

• Discovery that the player provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.

• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory instruction, legal obligation, or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bja999 will endeavour to notify the account holder via their registered email address. The platform is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for a suspension if doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or violate applicable legal requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure or a regulatory requirement — the verified account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, less any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements.

• Loss of data, saved preferences, or account history as a result of system maintenance or error.

• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised third-party access to your account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In any event where bja999 is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability of bja999 for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
